阿法和卡马耐药，下一步应该吃什么
本帖最后由 deng 于 2023-7-20 10:59 编辑2年10月老妈确诊为肺腺癌晚期骨转，培美化疗2次，阿法替尼吃了5个月出现耐药，23年4月基因检测EGFR扩增，MET扩增，又开始吃卡马替尼，一个月后老妈浑身疼痛，不知道是耐药了还是骨转移加重了，下一步该吃什么药，吃卡马加卡博，还是吃卡马加奥希，外加骨转放疗，想在论坛求后续方案！
